These Terms of Services govern access to and use of the JazelHouse website and any account created on it. By browsing the site, creating an account or submitting any form, a visitor agrees to these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

JazelHouse offers general information about home warranty coverage for household systems and appliances. The content is educational and is not legal, financial or insurance advice.

JazelHouse does not repair appliances, does not issue warranty contracts and does not decide service requests. Coverage, limits, fees and exclusions are always set by the written terms of the plan a homeowner chooses.

03Eligibility and Accounts

The site is meant for adults who can form a binding agreement. When creating an account, a user agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete details
  • Keep the password private and not share account access
  • Update details promptly if anything changes
  • Accept responsibility for activity under the account

04Text Messages and Consent

Users who tick the consent boxes on the signup form agree to receive the text messages described there. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Replying STOP ends messages and replying HELP returns assistance details. Message and data rates may apply and frequency may vary.

05Acceptable Use

Visitors agree not to misuse the site. This includes:

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, JazelHouse is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that arise from using the site or relying on its content, including repair costs or denied service requests under any plan.

Any dispute that arises from these terms or from use of the site will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where the law does not allow it. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived.
